Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limit to recruitment, training, C&B administration and employee relations, etc

Assist in reviewing HR-related policies and procedures, and ensure all practices are complied with legal and compliance requirements

Provide efficient and quality services to respond to employees’ inquiries

Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments

Bachelor degree or above in HRM, Business Administration and any related disciplines

3 years or above solid HR experience, especially in compensation & benefits, and preferably gained from financial institution

Good interpersonal and communication skills, multi-tasking and able to work independently

Proficient in application of MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
