巴斯夫近日推出高品级热塑性聚氨酯弹性体，它不仅能显著改进高性能鞋品中鞋支撑片和装饰部件的生产工艺，更能带来抗紫外线等机械性能。

BASF recently introduced an advanced grade of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) which can significantly improve production of shoe shanks and decorative shoe parts in high-performance shoes while providing excellent mechanical properties, such as UV resistance.

支撑片位于鞋中底和鞋大底之间，是支持性结构的组成部分。通常采用刚性材料制成，在支撑足底的同时加强大底，使其更加稳定合脚。
