IT Infrastructure Support (2-year contract)
职位描述
Provide daily IT helpdesk hotline support for problems such as 1st level server and network troubleshooting as well as hardware and software installation
Assist to maintain operation of application systems
Respond to user requests raised
Maintain inventory control
Work together with team members to investigate infrastructure issues, identify and implement solutions to re-occurring problems
职位要求
Diploma in related discipline
Minimum 1 years of experience is an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Proactive and self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills.
