Wharf China Development Limited is the property development arm of The Wharf (Holdings) Ltd in China. Wharf’s Development Properties (“DP”) land bank spans across 14 first-tier and top second-tier cities. For Investment Properties, among the five International Finance Square (“IFS”) projects in Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuxi, Suzhou and Changsha, the former three are completed while the latter two are progressing at full speed as planned.

Assistant Property Development Manager (PRC Properties)

Responsibilities :

assist in exploring property investment opportunities in Mainland China and recommending appropriate strategies / investment options

develop network with local authorities, agents, and other business contacts, and conducting market research

Requirements :

qualified surveyors / quantity surveyors / engineers / architects with a MBA degree is preferred

7 -8 years" experience in property development and in-depth knowledge in the property market and business / economic environment of Mainland China

with established strong local business connections preferred

proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

frequent travel to Mainland China is required

Candidates with less experience may be considered as Property Development Officer.

We work 5 days per week.
