T波记忆和其他的T波倒置不同，不是长久性改变，常在几周内，恢复正常。

T波倒置，只是心电图的表现，透过心电图，看清T波倒置的原因，才能更好地判断预后。
T波倒置可能是正常的变异，可能是严重的心肌缺血或者肺栓塞，所以不要轻视，不要夸大。至少，不要去说，我有冠心病，因为我的T波倒置了。
