因此，在应用地高辛中，我们不仅仅需要监测血药浓度，更需要关注患者相应的临床表现，以期提前发现其不良反应。

地高辛在临床实践中应用已有长期的历史和丰富的经验，我们仍相信地高辛若能被合理使用，依然应该是心力衰竭和房颤治疗的重要药物之一。
