谁能告诉我为什么那些奇奇怪怪的答案会有赞？
就是因为我虽然给出了正确的答案，但是没有写中文翻译（狗血，超狗血，肥皂剧/狗血剧）？
当翻译对头到一定的程度了你还要我写中文干嘛？

再具体一点，题主的狗血是不是指剧情太过夸张，离谱？
这样的话可以尝试用 The plot/storyline is ridiculous 来形容。
