【夜读】只有戴眼镜的人才会懂的21件事不知从啥时候起

不知从啥时候起，戴上了一副黑框眼镜，被后桌的小胖叫“四眼田鸡”不算，还要天天提心吊胆。上课想趴着睡，不敢摘眼镜，但又硌得慌。放学做值日，一出汗眼镜就糊，结果连人带拖把一起坐到了水桶里。

不过掐指一算，这么多年了，它居然一直都在。心里忽然挺感动的，毕竟有些成长里的小事，只有戴了眼镜的孩子才懂。

Cooking and having your glasses fog up

every time you open the oven or take the lid off a pot.

每一次打开烤箱或者掀开壶盖，

眼镜上都会起雾

Or having the same issue when trying to drink tea or eat soup in winter.

冬天喝汤喝茶也会遇到一样的问题

Struggling every time you want to watch a movie or read while lying on your side.

想侧躺下来看本书或者电影都要挣扎老半天

Wanting to branch out every year

and buy "fun" new frames but then just sticking with plain old black.

想每年来点新鲜感买个有意思的新镜框吧，

到头来发现还是自己以前那个好

Having your friends ask if they can try on your glasses,

only for them to put them on and exclaim,

"WOAH! You"re BLIND!"

跟基友出去，

他们总想戴你眼镜，

戴上了还要叫

“我的妈呀，太晕乎了，你是瞎么!”

Or them asking you how many fingers they"re holding up

like you"re actually blind.

基友会问他们比划的是几，

好像你真的瞎了一样

The annoying side-effects of seeing a 3D movie.

看3D电影时总有个烦人的副作用

Getting a smudge on your glasses

but thinking that you just have something in your eye.

So you rub your eye

and the smudge doesn"t go away...

but now you have a sore eye.

眼镜片上有个污渍，

总想着是自己眼睛有问题。

揉了揉眼睛吧，那块渍还在...

久而久之你眼睛就跟着酸了

Tying to clean the smudge

with the corner of your shirt

and just making them smudgier

than they were to begin with.

想用你的衣角擦擦污渍，

却发现那快渍好像比刚才更大了

But then experiencing the pure wonder

that comes with a clean pair of glasses,

when you see the world in true HD.

但是你也会体会到有干净眼镜片时看到的高清世界

Being asked by the optometrist

"which is clearer: one or two?"

when they both just look like blurry smudges to you.

验光师问你

“哪个更清楚，1还是2?”

但其实这俩看起来都像模糊的污渍

Losing your glasses but needing your glasses to find your glasses.

找不着眼镜还需要戴上眼镜去找

Forgetting your prescription sunnies

and having to wear normal sunglasses

on top of your glasses.

忘了戴你的特制太阳镜，

就必须得在你的眼镜上再戴一个太阳镜

Never being able to take a photo with face filters.

没办法用脸部特效拍照

Being outside in the rain,

unable to see anything within seconds.

下雨天在外边就没办法立刻看清东西

Working out with your glasses on,

and having to CONSTANTLY push them up

as you"re sweating.

戴着你的眼镜锻炼，

一边出汗还得一边推眼镜

Having to take your specs off on rollercoasters and see nothing,

OR spend the whole ride pushing them onto your face.

坐过山车的时候，

要不然你就把你的眼镜摘下来然后啥也看不见，

要不然你就准备全程都在推眼镜吧

Wearing fake lashes

and feeling them brush against your lenses

every time you blink.

带着你的假睫毛，

每一次眨眼你都能感觉到

你的睫毛在刷你的眼镜片

But also trying to put on makeup in the first place is impossible,

because though you need them to see,

they also really get in the way.

戴上眼镜去化妆是不可能的，

因为尽管你需要用它来看清楚东西，

它还是会阻碍你化妆的

Taking your glasses off and looking like an entirely different person.

摘下眼镜，你看起来完全就像另外一个人

And having everyone tell you to JUST WEAR CONTACTS.
