职位描述



  • The Wharf (Holdings) Limited is a listed subsidiary of Wheelock and Company Limited with consolidated assets of HK$443.8 billion. Wharf is active in Hong Kong and China with prime real estate as primary strategic focus.  Site acquisition, development and marketing are its core competencies while mall development and retail management remain its strategic differentiation. Investment Properties include flagships Harbour City and Times Square. 

  • 职位要求

  • provide clerical support on office administration routines including checking of invoices and updating data base/directories of office purchases/subscriptions

  • relieve receptionist in greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages and handling meeting room bookings

  • Diploma holders with a pass in English Language (Syl.B) in HKCEE / HKDSE

  • at least 1 years’ relevant office experience in sizable companies preferred

  • fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • good telephone manner, common sense and interpersonal skills

  • organized, self-motivated, hardworking and committed with good communication skills

  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
