Hello everybody. I am superstar teacher Chino, and I am here to give you a short lesson for today. Let’s begin our lesson by listening to this dialog.

嗨喽，大家好。我是超级外教Chino。我来跟大家分享一节课。咱们来听一下这段对话。

【对话】

A: Hi! This is our product catalog. You can find our new designs here.

A: 嗨！这是我们的产品目录。你能在这找到我们的新设计。

B: Thank you. I think I already saw your company last year.

B: 谢谢。我好想去年已经看过你们公司的了。

A: Yes, this is our second time to participate in the trade fair. And this time, aside from displaying samples at this booth, we"re also holding some promotional events.

A: 是的，这是我们第二次参加这个商贸会。并且这次，除了在这展示商品，我们也准备了促销活动。

B: What kind of promotional events are you holding?

B: 你们准备了什么样的促销活动呢？

A: We are going to have live product demonstrations. And if you participate in the interactive session, you"ll get a free gift.

A: 我们会做些商品演示。并且如果你参与到其中的话就会得到一个免费礼品。

B: What"s in the interactive session?

B: 互动环节做什么呢？

A: All I can tell you is that it"s fun and worth trying.

A is introducing a new product to B, who is a potential customer, in this conversation.

A在向B，一名潜在客户介绍新产品，在这段对话中。

We can learn a couple of words here. Which are catalog and demonstration.

我们可以学到几个词汇。catalog 还有 demonstration.

Catalog

a complete list of things that you can look at, buy, or use, for example in a library or at an art show.

一系列事物的完整列表，你可以查阅，购买，或者使用。比如图书馆或者艺术展里的列表。

Demonstration

an act of explaining and showing how a product works or how something is done.

一种用来解释并且展示产品如何运作或者如何做某事的行为。
