C地块活力生活带
C地块以分散通透的形体组织和低矮的建筑体量来减少对已有建筑的遮挡及压迫。沿河城市界面试图创造更多的邻水景观，以阶梯型的建筑转折制造更多的室外公共开放空间，为科学城创造一段宜人的邻水“活力生活带” 。 C地块的“活力生活带” ，会给科学城的街区氛围带来功能与形象的转化，充分激活整个区域的未来生活潜力。
Plot C vibrant life belt
Scheme of plot C is about to reduce the blocking and oppression of existing buildings by dispersing and permeable organization and low build mass. Along the river city interface to try to create more adjacent water landscape, with a step-shaped architectural transition to create more outdoor public open space, for the Science City to create a pleasant adjacent water "vibrant living belt" . The "vibrant life belt" of plot C will bring the transformation of function and image to the neighborhood atmosphere of Science City, and fully activate the future life potential of the whole region.

主体四栋单体建筑体型简洁、功能布局适应性强。并与周边城市环境相呼应，形成完整的城市界面。
中央开放的城市公园形态优美、充满艺术感，满足各类活动需求。核心区域采用动感的形体变化营造充满未来感和城市魅力的“科学之眼” 。作为科学城核心展厅的“科学之眼”是怀柔科学城作为世界级原始创新承载区、放眼世界、面向未来的核心精神场所。
The volume of the four edge buildings is simple and flexible, suits for all potential programs. It also responds directly to the specificities of the site, seamlessly fitting into its urban context.
The central urban park is elegant and aesthetic in shape, which also meets the needs of various activities. At the heart of the Huairou Science City startup development, we proposed “The Eye of Science”. By creating a dynamic form of geometry, it will become attractive, innovative and iconic. As the core of HSC's exhibition area, the “Eye of Science” will be a Global standard Innovative Supporting Area.
