Inspired by the mountains surrounding the plot, the curved roofscape ties the buildings together and creates a strong architectural identity.

设计概念——胡同
B地块中央是一条南北贯通的林荫大道。我们将所有工作和零售空间放置在林荫大道的东侧，住宅区放置在西侧。办公室和研究设施均具有大型中庭，提供良好的照明和工作条件。而住宅部分则受中国传统胡同的启发，着重于令人愉悦的尺度，并且尽可能达至低层及高密。
Design Concept-Hutong
Plot B is tied together by a north – south stretching boulevard which acts as a central spine. To the east of the spine we place all the working spaces and retail offers while placing a residential area to the west. Offices and research facilities all have large atriums, great lighting and working conditions while the residential part, inspired by traditional Chinese hutongs, focuses on a pleasant human scale and is as low and dense as possible.

设计概念——村庄
受到周边自然环境的启发，一条商业水街沿着溪流，从C地块穿越而过。串联起一片便利宜人的居住空间。
C地块的设计概念，是打造一条在低楼层高密度的商业街。适中的面积和狭窄的街道和狭小空间让街道变得生机盎然。建筑物，建筑细节以及城市空间也变得更加亲密，温暖和个性化。
Design Concept-the village
Inspired by the nearby nature, a stream of water runs through the plot, and along the stream a pedestrian street.
The idea of Plot C is to create low and dense shopping streets . With modest dimensions, narrow streets and small spaces, the streets become alive and both buildings, building details and urban spaces are experienced as intimate, warm and personal.
