方案将180米直径，两层联通的“公共活力环”置于A地块中心，活力环内置公共文化服务及配套功能，通过中心的下沉公共室外空间及东西绿轴串联其它居住和学术办公组团。 “公共活力环”围合释放中心绿地广场的自然活力，使“公共活力环”成为365天7乘24小时的活力中心和科学城的公共活动、交流互通的中枢。
Plot A public vitality ring
The scheme is about to place a 180M diameter, two-story connecting "public vitality ring" in the center of plot A. The vitality ring built-in public cultural services and supporting functions, through the central sunken public outdoor space and the east-west green axis links other residential and academic office groups. "Public Vitality Ring" surrounds and releases the natural vitality of the central green space square, making the "Public Vitality Ring" into a 365 days, 7x24-hour vitality center and the hub of public activities and exchanges in the Science City.

B地块活力绿谷
B地块以“活力绿谷”串联南北两个区域， “ 活力绿谷”下沉一层，充分利用地下空间将配套服务和文体娱乐功能融入进居住和办公功能，使地块东西两翼均置于“活力绿谷”之上。室外“活力绿谷”通过丰富的室外停留和活动空间，给科学工作者在研究和生活之间提供了丰富的交流碰撞场所，可以更充分激发科学工作者的潜力。
Plot B vibrant green valley
B plot uses "vibrant green valley" to link north and south regions, "vibrant green valley" sinking one floor, make full underground space where supporting services and cultural and entertainment functions into the residential and office functions, so the east and west wings of the plot are all placed above the "vibrant green valley". Outdoor "vibrant green valley" offer a fruitful outdoor stops and activity space, to provide scientists the rich exchange and communication place between their studies and living life, could fully stimulate the potential of scientists.
