转子各极的交流阻抗普遍比交接时升高 ， 个别升高幅度较大 。
这一现象不是匝间短路故障也不是磁路磁阻变化引起的不对称 ， 可能是施加测试电流大小的影响和极靴上阻尼条与阻尼环接触性能变化的影响 。
大小修时应注意从外观检查阻尼条与阻尼环接触的状态 。
23励磁回路灭磁电阻柜闪络有明显痕迹表明 ， 在转子承受负序冲击时 ， 过压保护计数器显示转子绕组侧的过压保护曾正确动作 ， 但灭磁 。

13、电阻柜中15FR单元与25FR单元的正、负极间发生闪络放电 ， 并留有明显放电痕迹 ， 15FR单元和14FR单元中各有一串非线性电阻的联接导线被烧断 。
故障后 ， 虽经处理均已恢复正常 ， 但柜中的结构布置应作改进 ， 改变两单元正负极间距离不小于10 mm的结构状态 。
这一结构现状很容易导致在较大转子电流断开灭磁开关时都产生闪络等故障 ， 尤其在强励不成功灭磁时 ， 可能会导致更大的损坏 ， 应予以改进 。
3改进措施以下工作是今后必须注意的：a）应逐步完善转子在膛内时电机本体的各项基础试验数据档案 ， 为今后在相同条件下的比较鉴别提供依据 。
b）在大、小修及任何施工时 ， 应加强对机组各关键部位的防护 ， 措施必须明确、有效并认真贯彻执行 ，。

14、注意彻底清理机内、机外、盖板搭缝处有关的死角 ， 不许残留任何金属异物和让渣滓进入风洞或发电机膛 ， 必须严格履行关于工具、零备件、材料等进出的登记清理手续 ， 严防带入手表、钢笔、硬币等非维修用物 。
c）灭磁电阻柜内的元件排列、结构布置应作必要的调整改进 ， 提高正、负方向母线间的绝缘水平 。
e）创造条件 ， 争取改进定子绕组相间分支间的连接结构 ， 以利绝缘监督工作到位 。
f）考察、考虑加装发电机局部放电在线监测或射频在线监测 ， 以期早期预警并及时检出隐形故障 。
4结束语事故后 ， 经过33天的抢修 ， 机组恢复了发电 。
这次事故造成的直接经济损失约170万元 。
事故的教训是：对机组及其相关设备的任何工作 ， 都不能有一丁点马虎 ， 以免留下 。
