方法：将我院收治的86例生殖器疱疹患者随机分为试验组和对照组 ， 对试验组患者给予泛昔洛韦联合生殖器疱疹疱液自体接种治疗 ， 对对照组患者仅给予泛昔洛韦治疗 ， 比较两治疗组患者的临床疗效、至临床症状改善的时间和不良反应的发生情况 。

6、02% ，P Key words genital herpes； famciclovir； genital herpes blister fluid autologous vaccination 生殖器疱疹是临床上常见的性传播疾病之一 ， 主要由人单纯疱疹病毒-2（herpes simplex virus-2 ，HSV-2）感染引起 ， 患者在临床上主要表现为生殖器炎性病变 ， 症状具有多样性和反复性 ， 可引发生殖器癌变 ， 但目前尚无根治生殖器疱疹的特效药物1-2 。
我院应用泛昔洛韦联合生殖器疱疹疱液自体接种治疗生殖器疱疹取得了很好的临床效果 ， 现报告如下 。
资料与方法 一般资料 选取2012年5月-2013年5 。

7、月我院收治的86例生殖器疱疹患者作为研究对象 。
所有患者均符合生殖器疱疹相关诊断标准并经聚合酶链式反应法检测HSV-2为阳性而确诊 ， 同时排除了合并其他重要脏器疾病、有严重并发症或合并症、处于妊娠期或哺乳期以及对泛昔洛韦过敏的患者 。
按随机数字表法将86例患者均分为试验组和对照组各43例 ， 其中试验组中有男28例、女15例 ， 平均年龄（25.825.13）岁 ， 平均病程（6.483.06）个月；对照组中有男27例、女16例 ， 平均年龄（25.575.76）岁 ， 平均病程（6.692.91）个月 。
两治疗组患者在性别、年龄和病程上的差异无统计学意义 ， 具有可比性 。
治疗方法 对照组患者给予泛昔洛韦2次/d、250 。

对试验组患者除给予泛昔洛韦治疗外 ， 还给予生殖器疱疹疱液自体接种治疗 ， 具体方法为：以2 ml一次性注射器刺穿疱壁后尽量多吸取疱液 ， 然后将采集的疱液注入干燥瓶内并加入1 2 ml的生理盐水 ， 盖好瓶盖后放置在高压蒸气灭菌炉（蒸气压1.05 kg/cm2、温度121.3 ）中灭活15 20 min ， 放凉后再使用2 ml一次性注射器注入患者皮下 。
两治疗组患者在6个月的随访期内均忌食辛辣等刺激性食物 ， 戒烟、戒酒 ， 尽量减少同房次数 ， 同时多运动以增强机体免疫力 。
观察指标 对所有患者均随访6个月 ， 然后比较两治疗组患者的临床疗效、至临床症状改善的时间和不良反应的发生情况 。
临床疗效的评价 。

9、标准3为： 治愈：1周内疱疹完全消退、愈合 ， 临床症状完全消失且半年内没有复发； 显效：1周内皮损完全愈合 ， 但半年内复发1次； 有效：1周内皮损完全愈合 ， 但半年内复发2次； 无效：1周内皮损未愈合 ， 复发次数也未明显减少 。
统计学处理 对本研究数据均采用SPSS（18.0版）统计学软件进行统计学处理 。
